The designs on this website are handmade in limited production quantities, and may be made to order upon purchase. Processing times for in-stock items is 3-5 business days, unless otherwise notified. Custom pieces or out-of-stock items will be made to order and will ship within 1-3 weeks, unless otherwise notified. Items that are "one-of-a-kind" are listed as such. For info on stock levels for specific items or rush options, kindly inquire.
Please note that shipping windows quoted at checkout are based on courier service standards and may fluctuate during periods of increased volume. All items include tracking and delivery confirmation, no signature required. Showsh Designs is not responsible for any delivery delays once an item has shipped.
All items ship via courier or Canada Post Expedited Parcel (delivery confirmation included). Kindly choose "add signature" shipping option if desired. Showsh Designs is NOT responsible for any delivery delays once an item has shipped, or any import duties, taxes, and fees. Because of the handmade nature of these jewellery pieces, all sales are final. Where possible, exchanges may be accommodated within 30 days of receipt - items must be unworn and in original packaging. Purchaser is responsible for all return/additional shipping costs. If your item arrived defective, kindly contact me within 3 days of receipt.
