If you’re a 3rd-5th generation Black, Jewish, Irish, Chinese or Italian Torontonian, chances are your history lies somewhere in St. John’s Ward - a ghetto long since paved over and replaced by City Hall and hospital row. These earrings represent the dichotomy of downtown Toronto's history (left) and present (right), and come with the templates of each era's actual street maps.
